Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
- In a separate medium bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Cut the brownies into squares and serve. Enjoy!
