- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)

Instructions:
- Rinse cranberries and pick out any stems or spoiled berries.
- In a medium saucepan, combine orange juice, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg (if using). Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
- Add cranberries to the saucepan and return to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature before serving.
