- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge the chicken breasts in the mixture, shaking off any excess.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter with the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and cook until they are tender. Pour in the Marsala wine and chicken broth, and bring to a simmer.
- Add the heavy cream and parsley, and continue to simmer until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve the chicken with the creamy Marsala sauce on top. Enjoy!
