Ingredients:
- 1 grapefruit, peeled and segmented
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Optional add-ins:
- 1/2 cup frozen berries, such as strawberries or blueberries, can be added for added flavor and color.
- 1/2 banana or 1/4 avocado can be added for added creaminess.
- 1/2 tsp. grated ginger can be added for added zing.

Instructions:
- Peel and segment the grapefruit and set aside.
- In a blender, combine the grapefruit segments, spinach, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
