- Chopped Onion: 2
- Chilly (Green Chili): 4
- Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
- Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
- Tomato: 2 (grind in a mixer)
- Cumin: 2 pinches
- Garam Masala
- Coriander leaf:
- Chili powder: 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander powder : 1 teaspoon
- Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: as per taste
- Oil: 100 grams
- Mint leaf
NOTE: To make the sauce delicious, we will add coconut milk or coconut powder, which will change the whole curry experience. So here I am using coconut flour.

- Peel the eggs and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium-high heat, then add mustard seeds and let it splutter for about 30 seconds.
- Add curry powder, coriander powder, red chili flakes, turmeric powder and salt and mix well with the spices until they become fine powder consistency.
- Add coconut milk and mix well again until all the ingredients are combined well into one smooth mixture without lumps or pieces of egg shell in it, then add boiled eggs into it and mix again until all ingredients are mixed up together evenly. Then add water if needed to make a smooth gravy consistency sauce before serving with roti or naans!
