- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

- In a large bowl, mix together garlic, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, pepper, olive oil, and lime juice.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let the shrimp marinate in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through.
- Remove shrimp from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro, if using. Serve immediately.
