Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped seedless watermelon
- 2 limes, juiced
- 2–3 tablespoons sugar (optional, to taste)
- 2 cups cold water
- A handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the watermelon, lime juice, sugar (if using), and cold water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any solids.
- Pour the juice into a pitcher or serving glasses.
- Garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
- Serve the watermelon lime juice chilled.
Optional: You can add a few ice cubes to the blender for a colder and more refreshing drink. You can also adjust the amount of sugar to taste. If you prefer a more pulpy juice, you can omit the straining step. Enjoy!
